Procedure for Registration,
Spring Season
New players to
SCSA
-
Fill
out the registration form (player,
parent, consent and medical sections). The medical section is very
important.

Participants
must sign a player card on the back with legal name. No nicknames.
If player goes by middle name, sign that way. The soccer association
will fill in the front of the card. Player cards can be obtained from
the SCSA registrar.

A
picture that will fit on the back of the card is required (no
more than 1 inch square). A small school photo works the best.

You
will need a copy of a state certified birth certificate or copy
of a passport. If you need to get a Wyoming state certified birth
certificate contact Vital Records Service at 777-7591.

Registration
fee is $85 for the Spring for players that did not play in the
Fall of 2009. If you played in the fall, the spring fee is $50. A
check should be made out to the Sheridan County Soccer Association
and included with the registration form and player card.

Jerseys
will no longer be provided by SCSA, and must be purchased at the Sport
Stop. A uniform package cost is around $75 and includes 2 jerseys,
1 shorts, and 2 pairs of socks.

The
coach will contact you about practice, team meetings and game
schedules in the near future.

Spring
2010 registration period is Feb. 1 - 24th. Final registration will
be held on Wednesday, February 24 from 4:30 - 7:00 PM Location is
at the Downtown Sheridan College (Wyoming Office Solutions) building
on the main floor. Registrations received after that date will
be accepted only by the approval of the board, as needed to fill out
teams. No registrations will be accepted without payment
or request for scholarship.
Returning SCSA Players
Complete all steps above except #4. Cards,
pictures and registration forms must be updated each year.
